How To Participate - Learn how you or your company can participate in the GuitarArt program. GuitarArt.Org has a limited number of pre-owned, non-playable beginner and professional level guitars that can be used to create unique works of art. Schools or organizations can decorate them to be sold at auction or at other fundraising events. We also have smaller quantity of non-playable drum shells and violins available to interested schools or organizations. There are many different artistic mediums that can be applied to these instruments with great creativity and hopefully increase the potential to raise funds. Here are some of our suggestions to get you started on your one-of-a kind work of art: To apply for some of these instruments or if you have questions e-mail Janet Townsend at janet@guitarart.org. You may mail your application to the address listed on the form or e-mail it to Jeanie. We ask for a minimum lead time of 8 weeks to have time to process your request. We would like to ask that you e-mail us photographs of the instruments when they are decorated and tell us how you used them. It allows us to gather ideas we can share with other schools and organizations in our quest to help them with their fundraising.
